What to Expect

Your wedding cake consultation is an opportunity for you to discuss your ideas and inspiration for your wedding cake with us. We charge £15 for our no obligation consultation for the bride and groom and for each additional guest you bring along there is a £5 charge per head. The consultation fee will be deducted from the final cost of your cake should you proceed with us.

You should bring along any photos, colour swatches and anything else that gives you inspiration for your big day so that we can get a feel for your theme and the overall look and vision that you have for your wedding day. This will allow us to create designs that fit seamlessly into your wedding and embodies the vision that you have for your big day. We love to see your Pinterest boards and you can take a look at our website and social media for some inspiration.

We will provide you with a selection of our most popular flavours to taste. You will receive a copy of our cake flavours menu and the flavours can then be tweaked according to personal taste. You don’t have to make your mind up there and then on your flavour choices. As long as we know 3 weeks before the wedding there’s time for you to choose.

After the consultation we will prepare a written quotation with all the details we discussed and send this to you. If you wish to go ahead booking your cake with us we ask for a 30% deposit to hold the wedding date and the balance to be paid six weeks before the wedding.
